This architectural one point perspective of this angle creates the illusion of movement into the frame with the fluorescent tubes in the building being reminiscent of motion blurred stars in cinematic depictions of warp drive space travel.  

"A Small Town" was shot using tilt shift photography giving this suburban neighborhood a miniature look. At first glance the houses and streets could be mistaken for toy models.
